We are recruiting for a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for our Company. You will be supporting a team that provides forward-looking financial analysis and insights that support decision making and helps ensure alignment of planned actions and targets to company goals. This role is an integral member of the finance team and will partner cross functionally across the organization.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be skilled at building strong relationships across functions and levels throughout the organization and marshaling those resources to get things done. Not satisfied with a quick answer, they will demonstrate the professional curiosity to dig a bit deeper into the true driver of a situation.
What you&rsquo;ll do&hellip;<ul><li>
Key contributor to the annual operating budget process and periodic forecasting process.</li><li>
Strategic business partner to Marketing and General &amp; Administrative teams to understand key business drivers, ensure accountability, and support in making timely and accurate decisions.</li><li>
Contribute to internal management financial reporting and presentations for the CFO, Executive Management team, and the Board of Directors.</li><li>
Support the Accounting team's monthly close and month end variance analysis.</li><li>
Own, maintain, and improve internal models, dashboards, and analyses.</li><li>
Optimize and maintain critical and sensitive data models.</li><li>
Identify and analyze operational problems and recommend effective solutions.</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams on complex ad hoc projects and reporting.</li></ul>
About you&hellip;<ul><li>
4-6 years of progressive experience in financial planning &amp; analysis (preferably with a combination of financial accounting and reporting experience). Publicly traded company experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related - MBA is a plus.
</li><li>Plans and aligns: Skilled at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Ability to break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions with relevant milestones and can anticipate and adjust when needed.</li><li>
Communicates Effectively: Strong communicator and listener who is adept at developing and delivering complex information clearly and concisely. Comfortable in a variety of settings: one-on-one, small, and large groups, and at various levels.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and Power BI skills together with strong data query experience and the ability to manipulate and interpret large sets of data. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation is a must.</li><li>

Experience with financial planning software use and/or implementation is strongly preferred.</li></ul>

Progyny is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst to join our Member Experience team. This role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing member engagement across Progyny&rsquo;s digital experiences, including the member portal, website, and mobile app.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and passionate about using data to improve digital experiences. You will partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to develop insights that drive engagement, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you'll do...</h2><ul><li>
Own digital analytics reporting and insights for Progyny&rsquo;s member portal, website, and mobile app</li><li>
Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics, behavioral trends, conversion funnels, and user journeys</li><li>
Develop dashboards and recurring reports to communicate KPIs and performance trends to stakeholders</li><li>
Partner with Product and UX teams to define success metrics for new features and digital initiatives</li><li>
Implement and maintain tracking plans, tagging strategies, and event instrumentation across digital platforms</li><li>

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, required.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or web/app analytics</li><li>
Experience working with digital engagement metrics across web and mobile platforms</li><li>
Strong proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools</li><li>
Advanced Excel and strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar</li><li>
