As Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how project44 brings its solutions to market and drives growth across our global customer base. You will own the strategy and execution of product positioning, launches, and enablement programs that empower our sales teams, strengthen customer engagement, and establish project44 as a category leader in supply chain visibility.

What You'll Do

<li>Craft compelling messaging &amp; positioning that resonates with shippers, logistics providers, carriers, and partners, differentiating project44 in a competitive market.</li>
<li>Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases, driving adoption and measurable revenue impact.</li>
<li>Enable sales success by developing value-driven training, tools, and collateral that accelerate deal velocity and support upsell/cross-sell motions.</li>
<li>Champion customer stories through case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership content that showcase real-world impact.</li>
<li>Gen AI
<ul><li>Translate complex GenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging.</li>
<li>Partner with product, sales, and enablement teams to shape go-to-market strategies that highlight AI-driven automation, personalization, and content generation.</li>
<li>Develop repeatable processes leveraging knowledge bases to scale content creation, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns consistently across teams.</li>
</ul></li><li>Evaluate the competitive landscape of AI-enabled solutions, identifying opportunities to position products effectively and drive adoption.</li>
<li>Drive competitive intelligence programs, including battlecards and win/loss analysis, to arm sales teams and influence product strategy.</li>
<li>Produce impactful external content such as solution guides, webinars, videos, and executive-level presentations.</li>
<li>Foster alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams with processes that scale collaboration and speed to market.</li>
<li>Represent project44 with industry analysts, leading briefings, Magic Quadrant submissions, and market-facing initiatives.</li>

What We're Looking For

<li>5+ years in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS or technology company, ideally with enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Proven success launching and scaling products, with a clear record of driving revenue impact through GTM initiatives.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication &amp; storytelling skills &mdash; you know how to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives for executives, customers, and partners.</li>
<li>Strong track record in sales enablement, equipping global teams with the training and collateral to win in competitive markets.</li>

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 This position will develop and manage tailored sourcing strategies along key verticals, categories, or vendors by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost savings, improve business processes, and reduce risk across project44 globally. This position will also manage the contract requisition process across project44, and ensure vendor contact data is uploaded &amp; stored accurately in project44&rsquo;s contract management system.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities &amp; Duties:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the supplier sourcing across the supply base, including scope development, the RFP process and supplier selection evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report key metrics around vendor data, cost reduction, &amp; spend management
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with suppliers, functional business owners, and the Legal/Infosec/Privacy teams to contractualize the commercial relationship
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the contract management system &amp; ensure visibility into key agreements and categories
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer contract requests through various review &amp; approval steps within project44&rsquo;s Procurement system
 </li>
 <li>
 Where applicable, perform risk management for key suppliers and agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with internal teams to investigate alternative tools &amp; improve cost competitiveness or supply constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Research external market information and companies to identify potential sources and suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive supplier selection through robust qualification and evaluation processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with business stakeholders and vendors to develop cost models and financial analysis to support vendor selection activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage spend &amp; contract data to compile dashboards and actionable insights for leadership or key stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate escalation path between project44 and Supplier to ensure ongoing performance &amp; relationship management
 </li>
 <li>
 Where possible, support the business by performing cost build-ups, market analysis, or historical spend analysis
 </li>

 Support management of Travel &amp; Expense platforms, analytics, and strategy
 </li>
