<div>Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy &amp; treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, &amp; professional, part-time, Operations Coordinator to join our team! 
 
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful, independent living. 
 
Hours:<ul><li>
Part-time</li><li>
Monday &amp; Wednesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm</li></ul> 

Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Observe &amp; collect urine specimens in a respectful &amp; confidential manner.</li><li>
Send all specimens for testing in a manner that ensures that they arrive undamaged &amp; untainted.</li><li>
Submits any required paperwork associated with specimen collection / data entry into our EMR system.</li><li>
Maintain office cleanliness on a daily basis.</li><li>
Complete other operations related tasks as delegated by the Program Coordinator.</li></ul> 

Qualifications include:<ul><li>
Possess sound judgement, professionalism, &amp; compassion for client care.</li><li>
Excellent documentation &amp; communication skills.</li><li>
Understanding &amp; full compliance with HIPAA at all times.</li></ul>
