We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to the Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.This role is suitable for candidates who are highly analytical, organized, and eager to develop their accounting career.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and reports</li><li>Record daily financial transactions in accounting software</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense claims</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities</li></ul>Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, (CPA is an advantage)<ul><li>2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo is an advantage)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Huband&rsquo;s Visa is an advantage</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of IFRSExperience in VAT filing (if applicable in your jurisdiction)Experience in audit firms (advantage)If you are interested, please send your CV to infodubai@pr-uae.com.Job Type: Full-time
