In this hands-on role, you will collect, analyze, and review evidence related to third-party utility damages to determine liability. Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Perform on-site assessments of underground and aerial cable plant damages.</li><li>
Conduct interviews at damage sites with contractors, technicians, witnesses, police, homeowners, etc.</li><li>
Professionally photograph and document the damaged scene to accurately portray and determine liability.</li><li>
Collaborate with the client&rsquo;s locate company and exchange relevant damage information.</li><li>
Analyze and review all evidence related to third-party utility damage for the purpose of determining a liable party.</li><li>
Learn, understand, and apply State Dig Laws and Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards.</li><li>
Build and develop a professional working relationship with the client, contractors, technicians, management team, and other personnel.</li><li>
Work with the client and contractors to obtain and write up job repair costs from the damage.</li><li>
Compile all case-related material and email it to the local handling office.</li><li>
Assist the Claims Recovery team with follow-up actions after damage site reviews.</li><li>
Develop and maintain monthly market reporting and lead client meetings to review updates.</li><li>
Maintain a working knowledge of the entire PRG claims process.</li></ul><div><b>

Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Must possess a valid and current driver&rsquo;s license, reliable personal vehicle suitable for representing the company, and auto insurance meeting both federal and state requirements, with minimum auto liability coverage of 100/300/100 for bodily injury and property damage.</li><li>
Must be willing and able to utilize a personal vehicle for work-related travel as required.</li><li>
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><div>

Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable using public or shared computer systems</li><li>
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills</li><li>
Familiarity with the cable industry and/or utility locating industry</li><li>
Previous experience in the telephone industry, including equipment and job costing is highly desirable</li><li>
Background in business operations with a strong attention to detail</li><li>
Proven ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic environment</li><li>
