<p>This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Senior Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, providing expert advice tailored to customer needs, and collaborating with the sales management team to achieve performance targets and implement strategies for revenue growth. Training and mentoring junior team members may also be involved. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed performance targets Ability to train and mentor team members in sales practices and techniques Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficiency in real estate market knowledge and CRM tools is a plus Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
