The role of the Physician Assistant/ARNP is well-rounded, ideal for a self-motivated and experienced PA-C/ARNP who wants to maximize their skill set and expand their clinical knowledge. In this role, you will support the clinical needs of a wide range orthopedic patients ranging from no-operative patients, evaluating new patients, pre-op appointments, injections, post-op and continuation of care for orthopedic needs.
 
The chosen PA/NP will have an office based focused split between different POA clinic locations. They will also be in the ER call coverage schedule, that has a separate stipend.
 
Preference will be given to those candidates that have greater than 5 years' experience.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include, but are not limited to:
 <ul>
<li>Greeting/ identifying patient & completing and documenting an accurate history and physical examination of patients; may include moving and positioning patients</li>
<li>Conducting comprehensive or episodic health assessments and developing patient care plans</li>
<li>Ordering and interpreting tests, treatments, and therapies, within the scope of practice</li>
<li>Prescribing medications, diet, supplies, prosthetic devices, and other home health aides according to clinical privileges</li>
<li>Administer and/or inject medications</li>
<li>Wound care; apply or remove casting, splinting, wound dressing; suture and staple removal, etc.</li>
<li>Instruct and counsel patients regarding the total treatment plan & therapeutic regimes</li>
<li>Providing clear, concise, and accurate information regarding patient care in the medical record</li>
<li>Obtain/maintain technical familiarity and proficiency for specific surgical procedures prior to their performance</li>
<li>Remain proficient in the utilization of commonly used clinical protocols and guidelines</li>
<li>Assist in Surgical Procedures if desired</li>
<li>Hospital rounds, including patient care, charting & all paperwork/documentation, and interacting with the patient and family/care givers, staff, consultants, and discharge planners if they choose to cover ER call or working 1 out 6 weekends at one of our orthopedic only urgent cares.</li>
<li>The ability to initiate Basic/Advanced life support in response to emergency situations.</li>
<li>Provides education to patients, families, and significant others using established education materials</li>
<li>May provide other clinical duties within the scope of practice as directed under a patient’s care plan</li>
<li>Advocates for patients, families, co-workers, the community, and the health care profession</li>
<li>Integrates evidence-based knowledge and clinical expertise in decision-making</li>
<li>Seeks experiences and formal and independent learning activities to maintain and develop clinical and professional skills and knowledge</li>
<li>Establishes an effective relationship with the supervising physician</li>
<li>Complete duties and assist others as directed</li>
<li>Must follow all policies as introduced during new associate On-Boarding, updated real-time and outlined in Associate Handbook</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>Graduate of accredited Physician’s Assistant or ARNP Program</li>
<li>Washington State Physician Assistant, or ARNP License, Current</li>
<li>Current Certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is an asset or ARNP certification</li>
<li>Current CPR and BLS from the American Heart Association</li>
<li>Two years prior experience in surgery preferred</li>
</ul>

Position Summary
 As part of Proliance’s Vendor Contracting team, the Contracts Assistant will support the contract lifecycle management process by reviewing relevant sections of executed contracts, ensuring accurate and timely uploads to the Proliance’s contract management system, and assisting with tracking key contract milestones, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures.
 Schedule
 Flexible part-time, 20hrs/week, Monday - Friday.
 This is a temporary position ending around 9/11/26.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the Contracts Assistant include, but are not limited to:
 <ul>
<li>Review relevant sections of executed vendor contracts to extract and document key contract terms and obligations.</li>
<li>Accurately upload executed contracts and related documents into Proliance’s contract management system for tracking and reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain and update contract records, ensuring all contract lifecycle events (e.g., renewals, amendments, and terminations) are properly tracked.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring contract expiration and renewal dates.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal (internal departments) and external (vendors) stakeholders to ensure proper contract documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with contract audits or requests by retrieving and organizing contract documents as requested.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive contract information with discretion.</li>
<li>Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Vendor Contracting team.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Healthcare experience preferred</li>
<li>Contract management or legal experience - heavily preferred</li>

Position Summary
 The role of the Physical Therapy Aide is a crucial part of the physical therapy team, helping physical therapists deliver quality care to their patients. They work behind the scenes, in hands on projects, and are coordinators of all things physical therapy. The physical therapy office runs more smoothly and effectively with an organized physical therapy aide.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the PT Aide include, but are not limited to:
 
Patient Care Activities: 
<ul>
<li>Use of therapeutic modalities, such as cold/hot pack application, ultrasound, electrical stimulation application, paraffin bath, fluid therapy or compression pump application</li>
<li>Working knowledge of exercise equipment such as the shuttle, EFX, various stationary bikes, upper body ergometer treadmill, fitter or SABA pulleys</li>
<li>Instruct, motivate, safeguard and assist patients practicing exercises as directed by medical staff.</li>
<li>Observe patients during treatment and report on patients' responses and progress to physical therapist.</li>
<li>Assisting patients in setting exercise equipment, use of dumbbells, thera-band, etc.</li>
<li>Help patients move from one area of therapy to another – Aides are there to help patients walk, push them in wheelchairs, or assist in sitting and standing.</li>
<li>Transcribing information in the charts (checking off the exercise flow sheet by recording reps/weights, writing the name/date/ICD-10 code on billing sheets after the initial evaluation of the patient and other pertinent activities as deemed necessary.</li>
</ul>
Clinical Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Prepare for upcoming therapy sessions by organizing the treatment locations based on the patient’s needs</li>
<li>Perform laundry duties in accordance with the procedures outlined in the infection control manual. Wash, dry, and fold</li>
<li>Clean and disinfect treatment tables in between patient use</li>
<li>Stock carts with towels, pillowcases, etc.</li>
<li>Clean the exercise equipment at least once a day and more frequently as warranted,</li>
<li>Assist with the tidiness of the clinic as needed to include emptying trash, vacuuming, straightening up the waiting room and other duties as deemed necessary.</li>
</ul>
Office Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Answering phones/how to operate the phones</li>
<li>Take a referral, and schedule patients</li>
<li>Take co-payments and fulfill patient supply order,</li>
<li>Locate charts and necessary paper work is located,</li>
<li>Make up a new chart</li>
</ul>
Miscellaneous: 
<ul>
<li>Check in with other team members for any needed side work</li>
<li>Complete inspection sheets</li>
<li>Participate in conferences and educational programs designed to improve patient care and staff performance (health and exercise programs for employees).</li>
<li>Complete duties and assist others as directed</li>
<li>Must follow all policies as introduced during new associate On-Boarding, updated real-time and outlined in Associate Handbook</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>High School Diploma or the Equivalent is required</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age</li>
<li>Previous experience in a medical and/or therapy setting is a plus</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Ability to complete required on the job training</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, combining clerical skills with some hands on medical oriented and interpersonal patient tasks</li>
<li>Organizational skills and the ability to be both reliable and flexible are essential</li>
