Position Summary
 The certified Physician Assistant is a critical part of our team of committed, self-motivated people who provide critical services to promote and maintain our service, care, and our values.
 The role of the Proliance certified Physician Assistant is well-rounded, ideal for a self-motivated person who wants to maximize their skill set and expand their clinical knowledge. In this role, you will act as first assistant in the ASC operating room and provide clinic-based care and post-operative care; and may provide surgical assistance in the hospital OR, and/or perform rounding on patients within the hospital.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include, but are not limited to:
 <ul>
<li>Greeting/ identifying patient & completing and documenting an accurate history and physical examination of patients; may include moving and positioning patients</li>
<li>Conducting comprehensive or episodic health assessments and developing patient care plans</li>
<li>Ordering and interpreting tests, treatments, and therapies, within the scope of practice</li>
<li>Prescribing medications, diet, supplies, prosthetic devices, and other home health aides according to clinical privileges</li>
<li>Administer and/or inject medications</li>
<li>Wound care; apply or remove casting, splinting, wound dressing; suture and staple removal, etc.</li>
<li>Instruct and counsel patients regarding the total treatment plan & therapeutic regimes</li>
<li>Providing clear, concise, and accurate information regarding patient care in the medical record</li>
<li>Obtain/maintain technical familiarity and proficiency for specific surgical procedures prior to their performance</li>
<li>Remain proficient in the utilization of commonly used clinical protocols and guidelines</li>
<li>Assist in Surgical Procedures</li>
<li>Hospital rounds, including patient care, charting & all paperwork/documentation, and interacting with the patient and family/care givers, staff, consultants, and discharge planners.</li>
<li>OPTIONAL Primary or secondary trauma call coverage</li>
<li>OPTIONAL Emergency Room: includes evaluating and treatment of patients</li>
<li>Answering service coverage and responsibilities</li>
<li>The ability to initiate Basic/Advanced life support in response to emergency situations.</li>
<li>Provides education to patients, families, and significant others using established education materials</li>
<li>May provide other clinical duties within the scope of practice as directed under a patient’s care plan</li>
<li>Advocates for patients, families, co-workers, the community, and the health care profession</li>

</ul>
Education/Experience
 
<ul>
<li>Graduate of accredited Physician’s Assistant Program</li>
<li>Washington State Physician Assistant License, Current</li>
<li>Current Certification as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)</li>
<li>Current CPR and BLS from the American Heart Association</li>
<li>Two years prior experience in surgery preferred</li>
</ul>

Position Summary
 Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Content Creator leads content strategy and production on behalf of Proliance Surgeons.
 This role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality, engaging digital content across social media, website platforms, and other digital channels to support patient acquisition, referral growth, service line visibility, and brand awareness.
 The Content Creator will oversee content development with a strong focus on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and must be comfortable creating and editing surgically graphic content in a professional, compliant, and educational manner. This role combines creative storytelling with technical production skills and digital performance optimization to drive measurable engagement and growth.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the Content Creator include, but are not limited to:
 Content Strategy & Development Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals and service line priorities</li>
<li>Lead content planning and calendar development for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and other key service lines</li>
<li>Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to identify compelling patient education topics, procedure highlights, and brand storytelling opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with Proliance brand standards, messaging guidelines, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Translate complex surgical and medical concepts into accessible, engaging patient-facing content</li>
<li>Maintain sensitivity, professionalism, and ethical standards when producing graphic surgical content</li>
</ul>
Video Production & Multimedia Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website, paid campaigns, and digital advertising</li>
<li>Capture in-clinic and in-operating room (OR) footage, including surgically graphic material, while adhering to HIPAA and consent requirements</li>
<li>Edit video using professional platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Develop short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Produce long-form educational content for website, YouTube, webinars, and digital campaigns</li>
<li>Manage lighting, audio, camera setup, and post-production workflows</li>
<li>Advise on and recommend professional video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, stabilization, and editing tools) to ensure high-quality, scalable content capture across care centers</li>
<li>Manage digital media organization and storage, including categorizing and labeling photos and videos within shared drives by procedure type, surgeon, and campaign to ensure accessibility and compliance</li>
</ul>
Social Media & Digital Engagement Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Create platform-specific content optimized for algorithm performance and engagement</li>
<li>Develop compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action</li>
<li>Monitor engagement, comments, and trends to inform ongoing strategy</li>
<li>Track performance metrics and adjust content to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions</li>
<li>Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices</li>
</ul>
Paid Media & Campaign Support
 <ul>
<li>Develop creative assets for paid social media campaigns</li>
<li>Collaborate on paid media strategy and campaign execution</li>
<li>Analyze paid social performance and optimize creative based on data</li>
<li>Support retargeting and digital funnel strategy through content creation</li>
</ul>
Analytics & Performance Optimization
 <ul>
<li>Monitor social media insights, Google Analytics, and other digital reporting platforms</li>
<li>Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership</li>
<li>Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and maximize ROI</li>
</ul>
Compliance & Risk Management
 <ul>
<li>Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper patient consent for all content</li>
<li>Maintain documentation of media releases and approvals</li>
<li>Work closely with Compliance and leadership when capturing surgical content</li>
<li>Ensure responsible and ethical representation of clinical procedures</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Film Production, or equivalent combination of experience and education.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of professional content creation experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience creating video and digital content across major social media platforms</li>
<li>Experience working in medical, aesthetic, surgical, or healthcare environments strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience with graphic or surgical content preferred</li>
<li>Paid social media campaign experience required</li>
<li>Website CMS experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Position Summary
 The role of the Physical Therapy Aide is a crucial part of the physical therapy team, helping physical therapists deliver quality care to their patients. They work behind the scenes, in hands on projects, and are coordinators of all things physical therapy. The physical therapy office runs more smoothly and effectively with an organized physical therapy aide.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities
 The key duties and responsibilities of the PT Aide include, but are not limited to:
 
Patient Care Activities: 
<ul>
<li>Use of therapeutic modalities, such as cold/hot pack application, ultrasound, electrical stimulation application, paraffin bath, fluid therapy or compression pump application</li>
<li>Working knowledge of exercise equipment such as the shuttle, EFX, various stationary bikes, upper body ergometer treadmill, fitter or SABA pulleys</li>
<li>Instruct, motivate, safeguard and assist patients practicing exercises as directed by medical staff.</li>
<li>Observe patients during treatment and report on patients' responses and progress to physical therapist.</li>
<li>Assisting patients in setting exercise equipment, use of dumbbells, thera-band, etc.</li>
<li>Help patients move from one area of therapy to another – Aides are there to help patients walk, push them in wheelchairs, or assist in sitting and standing.</li>
<li>Transcribing information in the charts (checking off the exercise flow sheet by recording reps/weights, writing the name/date/ICD-10 code on billing sheets after the initial evaluation of the patient and other pertinent activities as deemed necessary.</li>
</ul>
Clinical Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Prepare for upcoming therapy sessions by organizing the treatment locations based on the patient’s needs</li>
<li>Perform laundry duties in accordance with the procedures outlined in the infection control manual. Wash, dry, and fold</li>
<li>Clean and disinfect treatment tables in between patient use</li>
<li>Stock carts with towels, pillowcases, etc.</li>
<li>Clean the exercise equipment at least once a day and more frequently as warranted,</li>
<li>Assist with the tidiness of the clinic as needed to include emptying trash, vacuuming, straightening up the waiting room and other duties as deemed necessary.</li>
</ul>
Office Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Answering phones/how to operate the phones</li>
<li>Take a referral, and schedule patients</li>
<li>Take co-payments and fulfill patient supply order,</li>
<li>Locate charts and necessary paper work is located,</li>
<li>Make up a new chart</li>
</ul>
Miscellaneous: 
<ul>
<li>Check in with other team members for any needed side work</li>
<li>Complete inspection sheets</li>
<li>Participate in conferences and educational programs designed to improve patient care and staff performance (health and exercise programs for employees).</li>
<li>Complete duties and assist others as directed</li>
