The Software Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new software business opportunities, managing sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, Salesforce opportunity updates, etc. This position will play a key role in driving software revenue growth.</div><p></p><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><b>
1. Lead Generation &amp; Relationship Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in development and execution of sales strategies/campaigns to generate high quality leads.</li><li>
Nurture leads through email, drip campaigns, and direct lead follow up.</li><li>
Qualify leads to determine sales opportunities</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to follow up on leads and maintain regular communication</li><li>
Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to confirm product details and requirements.</li></ul><div><b>
2. Quote Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Request and track vendor quotes (e.g., from Arrow, IBM, HCL, etc.) and ensure timely responses (typically within 48 hours).</li><li>
Review quotes against previous year&rsquo;s POE, typical margins, and service dates for consistency.</li><li>
Coordinate revisions with vendors or internal stakeholders as necessary.</li><li>
Prepare and/or review customer-facing quotes</li></ul><div><b>
3. Salesforce Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Receive prospect details and create or update opportunities in Salesforce (SFA).</li><li>
Maintain accuracy in Salesforce opportunities including status updates, financials, itemization, and attachments.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progression</li></ul><div><b>
4. Collaboration:</b></div><ul><li>
Work with Marketing Team to align on campaigns and lead generation</li><li>
Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams on lead quality</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance and adjust as needed</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

5+ years of experience in CMS implementation, with 2+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce</li><li>

Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)</li><li>
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions</li><li>
