You&rsquo;ll collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML models into production, automate workflows, and deliver measurable impact using modern AI tools and frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment &amp; Integration<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models using Python</li><li>Integrate AI solutions into web apps, APIs, and internal tools</li><li>Work on NLP, recommendation systems, classification, and predictive models</li></ul>Data Handling<ul><li>Build pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and transformation.</li><li>Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, logs).</li><li>Optimize performance for large-scale datasets</li></ul>Model Training &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Fine-tune models using real-world data</li><li>Track and improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.</li><li>Use libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face</li></ul>AI Automation &amp; Deployment<ul><li>Use tools like MLflow, FastAPI, Docker for model lifecycle management.</li><li>Automate tasks with AI agents or LLMs (OpenAI, Langchain, etc.)</li><li>Build reusable modules, scripts, and workflows</li></ul>Must-Have Skills<ul><li>Strong Python coding skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.</li><li>Experience with model deployment using APIs, Docker, or cloud.</li><li>Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.</li><li>Git, Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, REST APIs</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).</li><li>Knowledge of MLOps or AutoML pipelines</li></ul>Soft Skills We Value<ul><li>Curiosity to learn and experiment with AI.</li><li>Ownership mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in teams.</li><li>Clear communication and documentation habits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
