 We are hiring: Reels and Short-Form Video Specialist (Instagram and TikTok)
 
 
 
 This role is for someone who understands short-form video deeply and knows how to turn provided content into Reels that perform for both services and products.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Editing and producing high-performing Reels for Instagram and TikTok using provided content
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing short-form video structures, hooks, and pacing for both service-based and product-based brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimizing videos for platform-specific formats, trends, and audio
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying updated with platform trends, formats, and performance patterns
 </li>
 <li>
 Testing different hooks, edits, and storytelling approaches to improve results
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing multiple video outputs at the same time
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience editing Reels and short-form videos that perform
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with both services and products
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in video editing tools such as Premier Pro, After Effects, or similar
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative, fast-moving, and execution-focused
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 This is an in-house role
 </li>
 <li>
 Remote position
 </li>
 <li>
 Working hours will follow 11 a.m - 8 p.m (can be full-time or part-time)
