 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in sales (B2B)
 </li>
 <li>
 Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
 
 
 Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions
