 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization and scaling
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Testing creatives, audiences, and messaging across platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing multiple ad accounts and campaigns at the same time
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with internal teams to align paid ads with overall messaging, positioning, and funnel strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Translating performance data and audience insights into clear direction for creatives and copy
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking ownership of performance and outcomes
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Two or more years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with both B2B and B2C campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance data
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing campaigns independently without constant oversight
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech savvy and confident with ad platforms, dashboards, and analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written communication and reporting skills
 </li>

Paid Ads Specialist I (Meta and Google)

 This role is for someone who understands current content trends and knows how to turn ideas into strong visuals and videos. The role requires a modern design approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing

 Creating original content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing static posts, carousels, and short-form videos, including Reels
 </li>
 <li>
 Editing videos for social media and digital use
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing visuals and content assets for website and marketing needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching trends, formats, competitors, and content styles on an ongoing basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Using AI tools effectively for ideation, research, prompt writing, and execution
 </li>

 Building and maintaining a strong brand presence for a remote company
 </li>

 Working closely with internal teams to align content with messaging and goals

 Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CapCut
 </li>

 Actively researches what is working on social platforms and adapts quickly

 Knows how to use AI tools properly and write effective prompts to improve output
 </li>

 Collaborative, open to feedback, and not working in isolation
 </li>
