We&rsquo;re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Bar Manager to run the day-to-day of our bar and keep the good vibes flowing. You&rsquo;ll be leading the team, keeping service smooth and making sure every customer has a great experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Running the bar day to day, including opening and closing</li><li>Leading, training and motivating the bar team</li><li>Making sure service is fast, friendly and high quality</li><li>Managing stock, ordering supplies, and keeping an eye on costs</li><li>Creating staff schedule and supporting team performance</li><li>Making sure all health, safety and licensing rules are followed</li><li>Handling customer issues calmly and professionally</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a bar, ideally in a supervisor or manager role</li><li>A people person with strong leadership skills</li><li>Organized, dependable and good under pressure</li><li>Flexible availability (evenings and weekends are part of the job)</li><li>A positive attitude and love for hospitality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
