Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, positive first impression</li><li>Manage appointments: booking, confirming, rescheduling and maintaining an accurate schedule</li><li>Answer phone calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally</li><li>Handle client check-ins and check-outs using the POS system</li><li>Process payments and manage daily cash handling</li><li>Communicate with stylists and technicians to keep services running smoothly</li><li>Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized and stocked</li><li>Promote salon services, products and special offers</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks as needed (inventory, client records, retail displays)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a salon, spa or customer-service role preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail</li><li>Professional appearance and friendly demeanor</li><li>Comfortable using booking software (Zenoti is a plus)</li><li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
