Job Description 
The Role
This is a performance-driven role that combines leadership, tactical execution, and ownership of outcomes. You will manage the outbound sales team, ensure steady activity and high quality execution, and directly contribute to revenue growth by stepping in to close opportunities when needed. While your main focus will be leading outbound efforts however you will also handle inbound leads at times to make sure no opportunity is missed.
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance strategy with hands-on execution, and is motivated by the chance to create visible impact in a short time frame.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead with accountability: Own the outbound sales function and team quota, ensuring pipeline coverage and consistent execution.</li><li>
Coach &amp; elevate: Train the team on prospecting, outreach, discovery, and deal management.</li><li>
Be hands-on: Prospect, engage, and close deals directly&mdash;not just oversight.</li><li>
Sales project management: Run the team with structured reviews and sprint-style execution (scrum equivalent for sales).</li><li>
Tactical + strategic balance: Refine messaging, optimize workflows, and align GTM strategy with leadership.</li><li>
AI-enabled sales: Use tools beyond ChatGPT&mdash;Agentic AI and automation&mdash;to boost productivity and personalization.</li><li>
Market execution: Focus on US and European markets (with preference for the UK), building scalable and repeatable sales processes.</li><li>
Inbound opportunities: Convert selected inbound leads, with attractive incentives for closures.</li><li>
Cross-team collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to shape market positioning and GTM priorities.</li><li>
Team Quota: Own the outbound sales function and team quota, ensuring pipeline coverage and consistent execution.</li><li>
Operational Guidance: Provide tactical inputs to sharpen messaging, optimize workflows, and improve conversion rates.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Experience: 8&ndash;12 years in B2B SaaS/Data/tech sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.</li><li>
Outbound expertise: Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and building scalable playbooks.</li><li>
Data domain knowledge: Experience in web data, SaaS, or analytics is highly preferable.</li><li>
Outcome-focused: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results within 3&ndash;6 months.</li><li>
Sales leadership: Proven track record of driving team quotas and scaling sales motions.</li><li>
Execution mindset: Comfortable building structured workflows, WBS, and sales processes from the ground up.</li><li>
Analytical &amp; tech-savvy: Strong with CRMs, dashboards, and AI-driven sales tools.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Digital Marketer
About Role: PromptCloud is looking for a self-driven digital marketer with a flair for the technical side of things &ndash; digital and content marketing. As a digital marketing specialist, your primary objective would be to drive marketing-generated leads and web signups for the sales team through demand generation. This role is critical to the success of the business and will involve creating successful campaigns on multiple social media channels.
Additionally, you will work with team members on handling Google Adwords and other paid channels, working on the segment marketing and helping to create and test ad copy, making landing page optimisation, sketching out the leads plan for future campaigns, and ultimately generating campaign insights.
You are someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and iterates effectively to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We have built a solid foundation in terms of web and social media presence, and content marketing. You will amplify the impact of these efforts and create innovative strategies to strengthen our marketing capabilities.
Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Core responsibility will be to manage and improve inbound leads and nurture it for better conversion across digital channels, especially with retargeting and drip email campaigns</li><li>
Plan and execution of social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora and Reddit for multiple business and product lines</li><li>
Focus on setting the campaign for success with optimal targeting, optimization to achieve monthly signup and lead targets for each product line &ndash; across regions</li><li>
Draw meaningful insights from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improving campaign ROI (key metrics &ndash; CPL, CTR, Form Fills)</li><li>
Manage third party listings and company profile across business directories</li><li>
Manage Agile CRM for campaigns and lead tracking</li><li>
Support and co-work with team members on digital marketing initiatives including SEO, webpage development, short form content development</li></ul>
Qualification and Requirements<ul><li>
2 to 4 years experience in digital marketing and advertising (preferably B2B or SaaS)</li><li>
Understanding of digital paid media strategies (Google Search &amp; Display, Paid Social &ndash; LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Knowledge on Quora, and Reddit will be an advantage)</li><li>
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEM</li><li>
 Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/ reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics</li><li>
Familiarity with web design and WordPress</li><li>
Having your own blog/website is a huge plus</li></ul>
