 (Associate) Technical Program Manager (ATPM / TPM)

About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement to join us, and be a part of our growth story.
You will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple program execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales, product, engineering, QA, and external vendors on a need basis. 
 
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, exceptional account and project management skills, and experience handling large-scale, complex projects. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction while ensuring high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
 End-to-End Client Accounts and Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution.</li><li>
 AI &amp; Technology Enablement: Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies and integrating them into yours and the organisation&rsquo;s regular work stream.</li><li>
Delivery Management: Understand, clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers, assist in scoping, schedule preparation, ensuring quality, and deployment excellence across the service and product offerings..</li><li>
 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, business teams, and external vendors to align priorities and drive execution.</li><li>
Process Optimization &amp; Automation: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance testing and release processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency.</li><li>
 Strategic Planning &amp; Execution: Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements to reduce time-to-market while ensuring operational excellence.</li><li>
 Problem-Solving &amp; Decision-Making: Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.</li><li>
 Release Management: Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.</li><li>
 Data-Driven Execution: Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions.</li><li>
 Communication &amp; Documentation: Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams.</li></ul>
Key Requirements<ul><li>
Technical Background: Bachelor's/Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
Project &amp; Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing release strategies.</li><li>
Account Management: Build good rapport with the existing clients and the prospects leading to new opportunities discovery, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling. Review the delivery progress, successful onboarding, periodic invoicing and collections check.</li><li>
AI/ML Exposure: Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools.</li><li>
Deep Hands-on Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.</li><li>
Agile &amp; Release Management: Experience managing Agile methodologies, participate and/or conduct the daily standups, promptly update the incident management tools, prepare work breakdown structure for complex and timebound tasks/projects, perform root cause analyses, initiate preventive and corrective actions.</li><li>
Strong Communication &amp; Collaboration: Ability to convey the technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail.</li><li>
Problem-Solving &amp; Attention to Detail: Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize workflows.</li><li>
Self-Driven &amp; Proactive Mindset: Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, operate independently, and swiftly. Timely remediation of the incidents, ensuring on time delivery including the client and the internal assigned tasks.</li><li>
Documentation: Ensure all the accounts and project related details are up-to-date and documented. Drafting the contracts and SoWs, RCAs, reports and metrics update.</li></ul>
Nice-to-Have Qualifications<ul><li>
Technical Program Management Experience: 2+ years in an ATPM / TPM role handling large-scale programs.</li><li>
Automation &amp; Scripting: Experience with Python, Selenium, or user-level automation.</li><li>
Cloud &amp; AI Enablement: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and AI/ML model deployment.</li></ul>
