Job descriptionRole &amp; responsibilities:Be in charge of managing operation of HR &amp; Admin department to ensure alignment with the laws and strategies of the Company.Recruitment:<ul><li>Manage and conduct companys recruitment process by preparing job advertising, selecting CVs and interviewing of candidates from medium level upper to ensure suitable candidate selection;</li><li>Create, review and update job description in accordance to nature of positions;</li><li>Control recruitment budget in according to the Companys policy.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefit:<ul><li>Monitor probation labour contracts ensure timely &amp; accurately;</li><li>Develop the benefit package to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable;</li><li>Make payroll &amp; supervise claim records about social insurance accurately and timely;</li><li>Contact to social insurance organisation about labour &amp; social insurance reports effectively.</li></ul>Training &amp; performance appraisal management:<ul><li>Conduct Learning Need Analysis for the organization;</li><li>Set up and monitor training courses and measure effectiveness of training;</li><li>Set up KPIs, evaluate and measure performance result of employees.</li></ul>Employee relation &amp; HR management:<ul><li>Monitor compiling &amp; updating of employee profile timely and accurately;</li><li>Build up and maintain HR policies &amp; procedures to be relevant to business and in compliance with laws ,regulations and procedures of HR;</li><li>Deal with complex discipline/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge and evidencing appropriate decision-making skills;</li><li>Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyze information and applications;</li><li>Consult and suggest organization structure to BOD to ensure relevance and effect; Create human resources strategies in according with business strategies of the Company;</li><li>Prepare HR reports to General Director.</li></ul>Admin tasks:<ul><li>Manage purchasing of office supplies, equipment &amp; facilities appropriately and within reasonable cost;</li><li>Be responsible to monitor the office to ensure cleaning and safety;</li><li>Monitor accommodation arrangement for staff business visa, air tickets travels and immigration works for expatriate staffs including work permit, visa, passport and related requirements timely, accurately with effective cost;</li><li>Guide organization of company&rsquo;s events such as team building trip, year-end party, birthday.to engage employees as much as possible</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENT:<ul><li>Experience in Call Centers, Telesales, BPO is a MUST.</li><li>At least 10 years&rsquo; experience in HR and 3 years&rsquo; experience in people management</li><li>Good knowledge in local Labor Law</li><li>Strong skills in communication, negotiation and organization</li><li>Advanced user of excel and detailed oriented</li><li>Excellent experiences in leading and inspiring employees</li><li>Able to recognize root cause issues and proactively develop solutions with a sense of urgency</li><li>Be able to adapt change of demands and workloads</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
