Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to launch our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a keen eye for design and branding.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand messaging.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback through social listening tools.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Manage social media advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms while ensuring high-quality proofreading of all content.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers and other brands to enhance public relations efforts.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, photography, video editing, and branding.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing principles including relationship management and public relations strategies.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
