Our mission is to connect diverse stories with audiences around the globe through theatrical releases and strategic partnerships.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to help expand our global network of cinema partners and strengthen our content acquisition pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film, strong negotiation skills, and experience in sales, distribution, or media partnerships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and contact new cinema chains, independent theatres, and distributors worldwide to expand Ceema Films&rsquo; exhibition network.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with cinemas for the release of Ceema Films titles across international markets.</li><li>Research and source new film titles from production companies and filmmakers for acquisition and distribution.</li><li>Negotiate content licensing and distribution rights deals with producers and studios.</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.</li><li>Prepare and manage sales reports, proposals, and follow-ups with partners.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth release coordination.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in sales, film distribution, media partnerships, or related industries.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Passion for international cinema and entertainment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, Turkish, etc.) are a plus.</li></ul>Work Setup<ul><li>Location: Dubai, UAE (Business Bay) or Remote.</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time.</li><li>Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission based on performance and deals closed.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re passionate about global cinema and have the drive to grow in the international film distribution world, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How old are you?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales, film distribution, or related media industries: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>ready and write English perfectly (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
