We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented <b>Employee Engagement Coordinator</b> to support programs that celebrate achievements, reinforce company values, and build employee connection across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating recognition programs and activities and contributing to a positive employee experience.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><div>
Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs, awards, and milestone celebrations.</div></li><li><div>
Support the planning and execution of company-wide engagement events, appreciation activities, and recognition campaigns.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with HR and leadership to help promote initiatives that reflect company culture and values.</div></li><li><div>
Draft and share communications that highlight employee achievements and increase awareness of recognition programs.</div></li><li><div>
Help maintain recognition platforms and tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.</div></li><li><div>
Track participation and collect feedback to support program measurement and improvement.</div></li><li><div>
Provide day-to-day support for engagement and recognition initiatives.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Corporate Services</b></div><ul><li><div>
Provide back-up support to the Corporate Administrator as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with in-office corporate support as required.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to other corporate support projects as assigned.</div></li><li><b>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict deadlines.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidential information.</li><li>
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Outlook)</li><li>
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings</li><li>
Outstanding teamwork and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails.</li><li>
Desire to improve processes, take initiative, and solve problems.</li></ul><div><b>
Minimum Job Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma/equivalent</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree completed or in progress preferred</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><b>
