We are looking for young and energetic persons to join our New factory located at Selakarichal, Palladam - Chettipalayam Frontier Road, Coimbatore .The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth running of all machines and equipment in the fabrication unit by performing preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns, and supporting production activities.<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fabrication, CNC, and manual machines.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.</li><li>Attend machine breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime.</li><li>Replace worn-out parts, adjust machine settings, and conduct trial runs after repairs.</li><li>Prepare or modify parts through basic fabrication work when required.</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and layout changes of new machines.</li><li>Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and service logs.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when needed.</li><li>Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsRequired:<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field with minimum 2-4 Yrs experience in Maintenance.</li><li>Experience in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing or fabrication industry.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Preferred (Added Advantage):<ul><li>Experience in welding, lathe operation, or fabrication work.</li><li>Familiarity with CNC and utility equipment maintenance.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics systems in machines.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company standards.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Benefits as per company norms - Free Accommodation, Free Transport, Subsidized Food, Medical Benefit etc.,.</li></ul>For any assistance contact - 9043481100(or)9894622288Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
