The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.</li><li>Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Maintain staff training records and coordinate learning &amp; development programs.</li><li>Handle office administration, including licenses, contracts, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with government authorities for work permits, visas, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HR &amp; Administration, preferably in the F&amp;B industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
