IntroductionWe are hiring a Digital Marketing Officer who is sharp and ready to execute. This role is for someone with a do-it-now mindset. We want a candidate who implements quickly, and delivers work on time.You will handle tasks across digital marketing, website development, CRM automation, and content creation, so you must be comfortable taking ownership, thinking creatively, and solving problems independently. If you are someone who figures things out, applies new concepts immediately, and brings solutions to the table &mdash; you will grow very fast in this position.Key Responsibilities:A- Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising:<ul><li>Implement SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to improve search rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>Create and execute email marketing campaigns using tools.</li><li>Handle marketing posters, engaging content, Ad scripts and promotional materials.</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta / TikTok Ads.</li><li>Analyze website traffic, ad performance, and campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>B- Web Development:<ul><li>Design, develop, and manage company websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.</li><li>Improve UI/UX to enhance user experience.</li><li>Work with backend developers to integrate APIs where necessary.</li></ul>C- CRM &amp; Content:<ul><li>Integrate and customize Bittrexfor lead tracking and sales automation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the videographer to ensure all content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate all required video shoots and photography sessions for upcoming projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering/Programming.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and web development.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, ReactJS.</li><li>Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Brevo,,, etc.</li><li>CRM &amp; Automation: Bittrex.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Google Analytics, Search Console,,, etc</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>2500 to 4000 depending on interview</li><li>Performance-based Promotion Structure (Results = Increasement)</li><li>Fast-growing company with opportunities for career advancement</li><li>All necessary equipment and tools provided</li><li>Friendly and creative team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in Digital Marketing? </li><li>What is your total graduation grade in University Degree/Certificate?</li></ul>(Choose the format that matches your degree):If GPA (4.0 Scale): enter a value from 1.0 to 4.0 If CGPA (10-Point Scale): enter a value from 1.0 to 10.0 If Percentage: enter a value from 0 to 100 If Letter Grade: enter A, B+, B, C, etc. If GPA/GCPA (5-Point Scale): enter a value from 1.0 to 5.0 If UK Classification: enter First Class, 2:1, 2:2, Third, etc.<ul><li>What is your Degree Specialization in University?</li><li>Kindly Read check the job post entirely before applying, and read carefully the key responsibilities.</li></ul>
