Property Solvers is looking for a talented Videographer &amp;* Photographer *to join our growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone with creative video editing, and passionate about showcasing premium properties through visuals that inspire buyers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Shoot professional property photos &amp; videos (interior, exterior, lifestyle, and drone).</li><li>Produce engaging content for listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Edit and retouch images/videos to industry standards.</li><li>Work closely with the sales &amp; marketing team to align on project requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of content.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Video Editing: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred, but expertise in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is also acceptable. This is essential for fast-paced, professional video production and turning around daily content.</li><li>Photo Editing: Expert proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic. This is used for fast batch processing, color correction, and foundational enhancements of real estate photography.</li><li>Photo Retouching: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
