Key Responsibilities for Social Media Management<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Produce high-quality visual and written content aligned with the brand identity.</li><li>Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and creative campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with designers and photographers to create compelling marketing materials.</li></ul>Marketing Campaigns<ul><li>Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that support business goals.</li><li>Assist in creating brochures, promotional materials, email campaigns, and advertisements.</li><li>Manage paid social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Market Development<ul><li>Ensure all content aligns with the company&rsquo;s brand guidelines and messaging.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.</li><li>Suggest new strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Work with sales, operations, and management teams to support company initiatives.</li><li>Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and external partners.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.</li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).</li><li>Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms and analytics tools.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Photography or videography knowledge</li><li>Experience in real estate marketing (preferrably)</li><li>SEO and website management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
