Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to drive our search engine optimization efforts. This role involves leading a team of SEO specialists, managing SEO strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring strong organic search performance across all digital assets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support in career development.</li><li>Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with content, web development, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital projects.</li><li>Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure continuous growth.</li><li>Manage SEO tools and platforms, and evaluate the ROI of SEO efforts.</li><li>Coordinate link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to increase domain authority.</li><li>Ensure SEO strategies align with the company&rsquo;s business goals and KPIs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy.</li><li>Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.</li><li>Experience with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Proven track record of improving SEO performance for high-traffic websites.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
