Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in providing high-quality patient care and medication management. Your expertise in medication administration, patient service, and medical terminology will be essential in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services in a hospital or clinical setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including inhalation therapies and critical care medications.</li><li>Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.</li><li>Utilize aseptic technique while compounding sterile preparations to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes through effective medication management.</li><li>Conduct inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceuticals as needed.</li><li>Educate patients on proper medication administration techniques and potential side effects.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology related to pharmacy practices is essential.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Join our team as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and contribute to improving patient health outcomes through your expertise in pharmacy practices!Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
