Propeye Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with video editing expertise to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including graphics and videos, to promote our real estate projects and brand identity across digital and print platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, social media posts, etc.</li><li>Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and testimonials for digital marketing.</li><li>Create engaging reels, stories, and short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.</li><li>Work with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all visual content aligns with the company&rsquo;s brand guidelines.</li><li>Optimize videos for web and social media formats.</li><li>Retouch and edit photos of projects and team events.</li><li>Manage and organize the digital asset library.</li><li>Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and software.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).</li><li>Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a keen creative eye.</li><li>Experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Basic understanding of motion graphics.</li><li>Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDraw and video editing apps.</li><li>Ability to handle DSLR or camera equipment during shoots (optional).</li><li>Knowledge of real estate marketing and branding is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
