A Day in the Life of the Director of Marketing Analytics &amp; Technology:</div><div></div><div>
Marketing Technology</div><ul><li>
Lead the execution and optimization of PROS&rsquo; marketing technology stack &ndash; including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, and related platforms &ndash; ensuring system reliability, integration efficiency, and scalability to support demand programs.</li><li>
Manage platform governance, vendor relationships, and data flow integrity to maintain high operational standards and campaign readiness.</li><li>
Establish and oversee SOPs, intake processes, and SLAs that enable responsive, high-quality support for campaign enablement, tooling requests, and reporting workflows.</li><li>
Maintain and improve lead management infrastructure &ndash; including scoring models, lifecycle stages, and enrichment workflows &ndash; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for segmentation and personalization initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Analytics &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li>
Lead the implementation of marketing analytics capabilities, including dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks across Power BI, Salesforce, and related systems.</li><li>
Translate performance data into clear insights that support campaign optimization, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional planning.</li><li>
Build and manage lead pacing models that align historical performance trends, channel-level metrics (e.g., CPL, CAC, ROI), and budget allocations with pipeline goals, supporting FY and quarterly planning cycles.</li><li>
Own the strategy for automated contact and account data enrichment using platforms like ZoomInfo and Cognism, ensuring data accuracy and completeness within Salesforce to support segmentation, personalization, and sales enablement.</li><li>
Oversee segmentation analysis, funnel diagnostics, and performance forecasting to inform channel mix decisions and campaign execution.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Website &amp; CMS Management</div><ul><li>
Provide strategic oversight for the PROS website, guiding roadmap priorities, experience optimization, and integration alignment with marketing goals.</li><li>
Lead and mentor the web development team, setting expectations for backlog management, localization strategy, and translation workflows.</li><li>
Define performance standards and success metrics for the website; partner with developers and analytics resources to monitor insights using tools like GA4, Crazy Egg, and SEO platforms.</li><li>
Ensure best practices in technical SEO are embedded into development workflows and aligned with AI/LLM-driven search discoverability trends.</li><li>
Own CMS governance decisions, including platform roadmap, plugin evaluation, and replatforming initiatives, with a focus on scalability, UX consistency, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Team Leadership &amp; Enablement</div><ul><li>
Directly manage a team across marketing automation, marketing analytics, and web development disciplines.</li><li>

Required Qualifications - About you:</div><ul><li>
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, analytics, and/or website management.</li><li>
5+ years of people management experience across marketing automation, analytics, and web development teams.</li><li>
Expertise with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and RingLead.</li><li>
Proven success with data enrichment, attribution modeling, and funnel reporting.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage intake processes, and implement scalable operations.</li></ul><div></div><div>
