Schedule &amp; Clinic Hours:</b> Our operating hours are structured as follows:</div><ul><li><b>
Primary Care:</b> 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li><b>
Urgent Care:</b> 5:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PM<br>

The Opportunity</b> We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on June 1st. While you will be supported by collaborating and visiting Medical Directors, you will serve as the lead day-to-day care provider. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping clinic operations and building the patient experience from the ground up.<br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Experience:</b> 2+ years of clinical experience in a family clinic, urgent care, or ambulatory setting is highly preferred.</li><li><b>
Patient-Centered Approach:</b> A confident provider who values quality, consistency, and strong patient follow-up.</li><li><b>
Autonomy:</b> Comfortable working independently while effectively utilizing physician collaboration as needed.</li><li><b>
Culture Fit:</b> A team-oriented attitude with strong alignment to our clinic&rsquo;s values and collaborative culture.</li><li><b>
Community Engagement:</b> An interest in participating in the clinic&rsquo;s online visibility, including building a professional presence and creating patient education content.<br>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas.</li><li>
A strong patient satisfaction mindset and dependable scheduling availability.</li>
