 Prosperr.io, is actively hiring a full-time hybrid Tax Expert. This pivotal role involves overseeing Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, and overall tax management. Their expertise is vital for navigating tax challenges, emphasizing the importance of an experienced professional in optimizing outcomes and enhancing the company&rsquo;s overall financial strategy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Tax Planning:
 
 Design and implement tax-efficient strategies for individuals to legally minimize tax liabilities in line with applicable laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Compliance Management:
 
 Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns, monitor changes in tax regulations, and conduct periodic compliance reviews to maintain full statutory adherence.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 ESOPs/RSUs Taxation:
 
 Provide advisory and compliance support on taxation of ESOPs and RSUs, including perquisite taxation, capital gains implications, and reporting requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Management:
 
 Oversee the proper deduction and timely deposit of TDS to comply with statutory requirements, and provide guidance on TDS implications for clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Client Advisory:
 
 Provide clear and informed advice to clients on tax-related matters, explaining implications of various tax strategies, and guiding them in making informed financial decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Tax Research:
 
 Conduct research on complex tax issues, staying current with changes in tax laws, and applying findings to develop effective tax solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Client Communication:
 
 Effectively communicate with clients to gather necessary information, discuss tax strategies, and provide updates on compliance status.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ethical Standards:
 
 Maintain the highest ethical standards in all tax-related activities, ensuring advice and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 CA/CMA Dropout having internship experience in CA firm in direct taxation.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of Experience in Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, Tax, Finance, and Tax Law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prepare and maintain applicable documentation and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex tax issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Tax software such as Winman software, Computax, and TaxAct is preferred.
 </li>
