With 3,000+ students and 10+ venues, we deliver football, gymnastics, swimming, basketball, and tennis programmes to children and families across the country.We are now expanding our team at our Ajman venue and looking for a highly motivated Sales &amp; Admin Officer to drive growth, manage operations, and deliver a high-quality experience to our parents and students.ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Sales &amp; Admin Officer at our Ajman Academy, you will be the face of PSA at the venue &mdash; responsible for sales conversion, parent communication, daily operations, and ensuring smooth running of all programmes. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, coaches, and walk-in customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales &amp; Customer Acquisition<ul><li>Convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, email) into enrolled students</li><li>Conduct facility tours and trial sessions for prospective parents</li><li>Follow up consistently on warm leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets across football and gymnastics programmes</li><li>Cross-sell additional programmes and sibling enrolments</li><li>Maintain accurate lead tracking on Classcard CRM</li></ul>Administration &amp; Operations<ul><li>Manage daily venue operations including class scheduling, attendance, and reporting</li><li>Handle student enrolments, renewals, package upgrades, and payment processing</li><li>Coordinate with the Operations Manager and coaching staff to ensure smooth class delivery</li><li>Maintain student records, performance reports, and parent communication logs</li><li>Manage Classcard CRM.</li></ul>Parent Communication<ul><li>Be the primary point of contact for all parent enquiries, complaints, and feedback</li><li>Resolve parent issues professionally and escalate to management when needed</li><li>Send weekly updates and reminders to parents (schedules, events, invoices)</li><li>Maintain parent WhatsApp groups and email databases</li></ul>Finance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Process payments, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding fees</li><li>Submit weekly sales and attendance reports to senior management</li><li>Track and reconcile cash collections at the venue</li><li>Manage petty cash and small operational expenses with proper documentation</li></ul>Venue &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure the venue meets PSA's standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation</li><li>Conduct daily opening and closing checks</li><li>Ensure all coaches and staff adhere to attendance and uniform policies</li><li>Coordinate with school management on any operational matters</li><li>Manage stock of kits, equipment, and marketing materials</li></ul>REQUIREMENTSMust-Have:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, admin, customer service, or front-desk roles (preferably in education, sports, fitness, or hospitality)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Confident on the phone and in face-to-face customer interactions</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organisational skills</li><li>Currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa or visa transferable</li><li>Willing to work weekends and evenings (as per academy operating hours)</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Arabic language skills (verbal and written) &mdash; strong advantage</li><li>Previous experience working with CRM tools (Classcard, HubSpot, Salesforce)</li><li>Background in sports academy, school administration, or kids' education sector</li><li>Driving licence and access to own vehicle</li><li>Experience in lead conversion or B2C sales with a track record of meeting targets</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Competitive base salary: AED 3,250 &ndash; AED 4,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based commission on enrolment targets</li><li>Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Visa &amp; employment under PRO Sports Services LLC</li><li>Career growth in a fast-growing UAE-based academy</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Friendly, supportive team environment</li></ul>WORKING HOURSFull-time &mdash; typically split shifts to align with academy operating hours, including weekends.
