About the role

Rollen&uuml;bersicht
Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt f&uuml;r potenzielle Kunden &ndash; ohne Kaltakquise.
Du arbeitest ausschlie&szlig;lich mit warmen Leads, die sich &uuml;ber unsere Kampagnen, Empfehlungen oder Inhalte aktiv bei uns gemeldet haben.
Deine Aufgabe ist es, diese Anfragen klar zu qualifizieren, die Situation des Kunden schnell zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass passende Leads als qualifizierte Termine bei unseren Account Executives landen.
Die Rolle passt perfekt zu Menschen, die strukturiert arbeiten, gerne kommunizieren, ein CRM sauber halten &ndash; und in einem dynamischen Umfeld messbare Ergebnisse liefern wollen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten<ul><li>
Sofortige Kontaktaufnahme mit bereits interessierten Leads (keine Kaltakquise)</li><li>
Qualifizierung von Interessenten anhand klar definierter Kriterien</li><li>
Terminsetzung: qualifizierte Termine f&uuml;r unsere Account Executives vorbereiten</li><li>
Gezieltes Nachfassen &amp; Follow-ups</li><li>
Pipeline-Management und Priorisierung von Leads</li><li>
Saubere Dokumentation im CRM und laufende Pflege aller Aktivit&auml;ten</li><li>
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing &amp; Sales, um Zielgruppen und Messaging zu verbessern</li><li>
Arbeiten mit klaren KPIs (qualifizierte Gespr&auml;che, gebuchte Termine, Reaktionszeiten)</li></ul> 
Anforderungen<ul><li>
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift</li><li>
Erfahrung im Telefon-Sales, Kundenkontakt oder Terminierung von Vorteil &ndash; aber kein Muss</li><li>
Klare, strukturierte Kommunikation und hohe Zuverl&auml;ssigkeit</li><li>
Selbstst&auml;ndige Arbeitsweise im Remote-Umfeld</li><li>
