 Norfolk, Virginia, USA.
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project: tunnel/highway/structure
 </li>
 <li>
 Estimated duration of the position: 12 months - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Summary: responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining detailed CAD designs and models for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsibilities:
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD designs and models using Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD 3D, demonstrating strong expertise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of design deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain detailed CAD standards, templates, and libraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with survey teams to ensure accurate data integration and mapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision of CAD designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 40 hours weekly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requirements:
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Topography, Geomatics or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 4 years of experience as a CAD Technician in highway/bridge/heavy civil construction projects or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and other relevant CAD software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise required (MicroStation is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including surveying, grading, and drainage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary CAD teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, technical standards, and delivery timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
