Sales Support &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Manage inbound sales inquiries (email, chat, phone) and route leads to the appropriate sales executive.</li><li>Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).</li><li>Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.</li><li>Track sales pipelines and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting.</li></ul>Customer Communication:<ul><li>Respond to customer questions regarding products/services, pricing, and promotions.</li><li>Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.</li><li>Send order confirmations, invoices, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting Tasks:<ul><li>Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly) on lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.</li><li>Maintain sales databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing to align sales collateral, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.</li></ul>Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.</li><li>Organize virtual sales meetings and take minutes for action items.</li><li>Assist in training new sales team members on processes and tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
