Full job descriptionCustomer Support Representative for Shopify StoreResponsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.Process and manage Shopify orders, including tracking updates, returns, and exchanges.Follow up on abandoned carts to maximize conversions and recover sales.Manage product inquiries, stock updates, and availability information with accuracy.Proactively call customers to address complaints, resolve issues, and enhance satisfaction.Reach out to customers to collect product reviews and feedback for continuous improvement.Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, and returns.Verify courier remarks and ensure delivery reattempts happen without unnecessary delays.Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved efficiently.Ideal Candidate:A hardworking and resourceful individual who takes pride in delivering their best.Methodical multitasker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Shopify and capable of handling order management efficiently.Experience in coordinating with courier companies and managing delivery issues.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.Thrives in challenging situations and takes ownership of tasks rather than cutting corners.Works well with a team and values collaboration and shared success.Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving customer needs.Confident, fluent in spoken English, and quick to resolve customer concerns.Always looking to grow personally and professionally&mdash;not just doing the bare minimum.Dependable with a strong work ethic, ensuring consistency in performance.Job Details:Office-based role &ndash; No remote work.Location: 1-D Mian Center Protees Office Nawab Town Raiwind Road LahoreTimings: 11 AM - 7 PMSalary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 PKR (Flexible for candidates with 2+ years of CSR experience, with the potential for a higher offer based on skills and expertise).Previous work references with contact details are required for verification.If you're someone who embraces challenges, values continuous learning, and takes ownership of your work, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Applicants who rely on AI-generated responses (e.g., ChatGPT) for custom assessment questions will be automatically disqualified from the hiring process.
