 Learning and Development Manager
 
 is a key member of the management team who will play a significant role in PROTEL&rsquo;s future growth. We are looking for a self-driven and action-oriented leader who will oversee learning and development processes, contribute to strengthening corporate culture, and strategically support business functions.  We are looking for team members who

 <ul>
 <li>
 Has graduated from 4-year Social Sciences, Psychology, Computer and Instructional Technologies departments of universities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Has at least 7-10 years of professional experience in a similar position in the field of learning and development,
 </li>
 <li>
 Can speak English with at least C1 level.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Presentation preparation and teaching experience,

 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing and planning Academy, onboarding &amp; orientation process, in class training process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Making the necessary analyzes to determine the training needs and developing/managing the processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Recording our training goals, plans and records in the training tracking system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of reports on training processes on a monthly basis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking an active role in all processes related to e-learning trainings to be given to internal and external customers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and updating of training content / applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting training and exam organizations to increase the competencies of our team, providing information and managing the follow-up process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking part in development of L&amp;D processes and continuously tracking new trends in L&amp;D world in order to take our L&amp;D processes one step forward.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying, designing and executing L&amp;D projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans to address those needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop training materials, such as presentations, videos, and handouts, that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
 </li>
