The Role</h2>

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to drive our hiring strategy and recruiting execution. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to join this hybrid role in Cambridge, MA, partnering directly with our Executive Leadership team on hiring.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles, lead employer branding initiatives, manage our ATS, and oversee recruiting events&mdash;all while creating a world-class candidate experience. This role is high-impact: you&rsquo;ll be instrumental in shaping Proton&rsquo;s growth and talent foundation.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
<ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans aligned to growth.</li>
<li>Manage Proton&rsquo;s overall recruiting strategy, including employer branding, recruiting events, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods to proactively attract top talent.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a warm network of candidates, keeping an active pipeline of qualified talent engaged for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and efficient workflows.</li>
<li>Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience with data-driven best practices.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on talent market insights, compensation benchmarking, and scaling strategies.</li>
<li>Track and report key recruiting metrics to leadership, using data to inform decision-making.</li>

<ul><li>Have 2&ndash;5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.</li>
<li>Thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity, and enjoy owning both strategy and hands-on execution.</li>
<li>Have a track record of hiring across technical and non-technical roles.</li>
<li>Are data-driven, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.</li>
<li>Enjoy building community through employer branding and recruiting events.</li>
<li>Bring ATS experience and a focus on process optimization.</li></ul>
