Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>
Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress</li><li>
Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors</li><li>
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties</li><li>
Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA</li><li>
Fix schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current/Active RBT certification</li><li>
Access to reliable transportation</li><li>
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information</li><li>
Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills</li></ul></div>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>
Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress</li><li>
Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors</li><li>
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties</li><li>
Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old</li><li>
Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Prior experience working with children preferred</li><li>
Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred</li><li>
Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided</li><li>
Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment</li><li>
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities</li><li>
