Every ProV product undergoes stringent quality controls to ensure the highest quality natural produce reaches our customers.This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate position at ProV Foods in Mumbai - Andheri.Duties &amp; Responsibilities -<ul><li>Accurate Data Entry Transactions:</li><li>Execute precise and timely data entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.</li><li>Utilize advanced data entry techniques to manage complex data efficiently.</li><li>Effective Communication with Stakeholders:</li><li>Communicate seamlessly with suppliers, transporters, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely coordination.</li><li>Maintain meticulous documentation of transport-related activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Precise Data Entry: Proficient in accurate and efficient in data entry</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, and other external partners.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and communication.</li><li>Must hold good communication skills.</li><li>Must be a graduate</li></ul>Proficiency in Tools/Software:<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.</li><li>Should be well versed with MS Excel Formulas.</li></ul>Previous Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in data entry roles.</li><li>Candidate must have knowledge have Supply Chain Management or Logistics.</li></ul>Candidates from Logistics / FMCG background shall be preferred.Freshers with a zeal to learn new can also apply.Candidates who can join immediately shall be given preference.Shift time : 10.30 am to 7.30 pmLocation : Andheri East, Near Chakala (JB Nagar) Metro stationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
