The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Prove&rsquo;s Welcome solutions portfolio, including Prefill for Consumer, Prefill for Business, and Human Assurance.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for shaping how Prove&rsquo;s Welcome solutions are positioned, enabled, and adopted&mdash;while partnering closely with Product, Verticals, Sales, and Marketing to turn market insight into revenue impact.
This is an ideal role for a product marketer who excels at bringing clarity and focus to evolving solutions while scaling proven offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. &lsquo;Welcome&rsquo; Solutions Product Marketing Ownership
<ul><li>Own end-to-end product marketing for Prove&rsquo;s Welcome solutions portfolio, including Prefill for Consumer, Prefill for Business, Human Assurance and future solutions as they move from early exploration to product/market fit and scale 
 
 
</li><li>Define positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas for Welcome solutions 
 
 
</li><li>Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap, capabilities, and customer value into clear, compelling market narratives 
 
 
</li><li>Lead go-to-market planning and execution for Welcome solution launches, pilots, and feature releases 
 
 
</li><li>Develop core solution assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, demos, and website messaging 
 
 
</li><li>Act as the internal subject matter expert for Welcome solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams 
 
 
</li></ul>2. Cross-Team Collaboration, Launch Excellence &amp; GTM Enablement 
 
 
<ul><li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to understand roadmap priorities and build repeatable processes for translating product roadmap updates into clear launch plans with customer facing assets, enablement, and sales-ready deliverables 
 
 
</li><li>Create scalable templates and standards for core GTM assets in support of launches to drive consistency and efficiency 
 
 
</li><li>Support in establishing best practices, playbooks, and workflows that enable the product marketing team to operate with speed, clarity, and cross-functional alignment
</li><li>Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Brand to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution 
 
 
</li><li>Create strategies and plans to incorporate voice-of-customer insights and real-world use cases into the product marketing function and share insights across the marketing org 
 
 
</li><li>Support broader product marketing initiatives and launches as needed across Prove&rsquo;s portfolio
</li></ul>3. Verticalized Intelligence &amp; Enablement
<ul><li>Support verticalized product marketing intelligence 
 
 
</li><li>Develop vertical-specific messaging, value propositions, and use-case narratives tailored to priority industries 
 
 
</li><li>Create enablement and campaign-support assets such as vertical solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, and talking points 
 
 
</li><li>Support demand generation and field marketing campaigns with verticalized content and insights 
 
 
</li><li>Incorporate customer proof, market trends, and vertical-specific challenges into Grow solution storytelling 
 
 
</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (fintech, identity, fraud, payments, or security strongly preferred) 
 
 
</li><li>Experience owning product marketing for a solution portfolio or multiple related products 
 
 
</li><li>Proven ability to operate in both early-stage and scaling environments 
 
 
</li><li>Strong go-to-market execution skills, including launches, enablement, and asset development 
 
 
</li><li>Experience building sales enablement materials 
 
 
</li><li>Experience developing verticalized messaging or industry-specific GTM strategies a strong plus 
 
 
</li><li>Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills 
 
 
</li><li>Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
 
 
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus

The anticipated salary range for this role is
Metro 2: $170,000 - 180,000
Metro 3: $160,000 - 170,000
Plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Job Summary
We&rsquo;re looking for a Brand Designer to help own and elevate Prove&rsquo;s brand at a pivotal moment of growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, helping shape the long-term brand vision while leading execution across campaigns, product storytelling, digital experiences, and systems.
As a designer on the Creative team, you will help define, implement, and evolve our brand expression across the user journey. You have experience translating business strategy into a cohesive, differentiated brand experience across various touchpoints, including events, landing pages, emails, digital ads, and more. With a start-up mentality and your range of skills in visual design, web design, print, events, and design systems, you will help our team push the boundaries of what's possible to grow and extend the Prove brand.
Your center of excellence should be brand design, with experience in events, print, social, design systems, landing page design, and digital design. Your Impact 
Creative Execution &amp; Brand
<ul><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders to bring the Prove brand to life, from ideation through execution and launch</li>
<li>Present and advocate for creative quality in reviews and discussions, being the champion of brand, craft, and quality</li>
<li>Own the aesthetic and emotional identity of the Prove brand</li>
</ul>Create performant brand and marketing experiences, advocating for testing and continuous learning and improvement

</li></ul>Design Systems &amp; AI Tooling
<ul><li>Contribute to building our design system, including token-based components and Figma-to-code (and vice versa) workflows</li>
<li>Think in systems and scalable patterns paired with AI tooling that enable self-service and consistent and innovative brand experiences</li>
<li>Rethink design workflows with AI, from automated and semi-automated asset generation, to brand governance and stakeholder enablement</li>
<li>Define the team's AI fluency standards and build internal guidelines for responsible, on-brand use of generative tools</li></ul> 
What You Bring
<ul><li>4+ years of applied design experience, specifically in print/experiential, campaigns, digital/web design, and design systems</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating brand vision, integrated campaigns, and systems thinking</li>
<li>Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and align creative work to business impact</li>
<li>Excellent foundation of visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)</li>
<li>Strong experience in Figma, contributing to design systems, creating new components and variants</li>
<li>Experience designing for digital channels such as web design, digital ads, social ads, banner ads</li>
<li>Proficient in UX/UI principles with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively across web and mobile design</li>
<li>Skilled in attention to detail with a pixel-perfect design approach and a strong focus on systematic thinking</li>
<li>Experienced in collaborating closely with engineers on website development and implementation</li>
<li>Experience and interest in using AI to drive innovation and experimentation and brand governance</li>
<li>Experience in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite</li>

<ul><li>Experience with identity, security, fintech, or regulated industries</li>
<li>Familiarity with Webflow, design systems, and frontend collaboration</li>

</ul>The anticipated salary range for this role is:
<ul><li>Metro 2: $119,000 - $133,000</li>
<li>Metro 3: $115,000 - $128,000</li>
