 Preparing and keeping the database updated for active iqama holders, the iqamas which are soon to be expired, block visa related data to be updated, visitors inside the country, Jawazat balances of visitors&rsquo; visas, residents with traffic violations and driving license related matters, active ERE and final exits.

 For Qiwa services, Saudization certificates, nationalization plans, company monthly reports on the Saudi nationals and expatriates in each profession, nationality, Ajeer programs, CRs, labor market policies, temporary work visa, issuing and renewing work permits, eAdvisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 For MOL services, employment data, work permit services, affiliate service transfer service, licenses, border worker service transfer, domain, notes, transferring an expatriate worker between the unified number branches, supporting employees with bringing their dependents to KSA, certificate of birth, entry visa and vaccination certificate, guiding employees with dependents levy fee and istaqdam related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing official letters such as opening a bank account here in Saudi Arabia, renting a property, collecting, and sending funds to and from the country of origin, purchasing a vehicle, admitting children in schools and other required by the government.
 </li>

 Performs any other tasks that are assigned by the line manager or the Director of HR.

 &bull; Establishing an effective and responsive classroom environment where children are active participants
 
 
 &bull; Observe children at play on order to plan, implement and evaluate a child centered curriculum for both the indoor and outdoor learning environments

 &bull; Education in Teaching (Arabic language), or Teaching Arabic as a foreign language
 
 
 &bull; At least 2 years of relevant working experience in school setting is required
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
 
 &bull; Able to work well independently as well as within a team
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in Arabic, with good oral and written English skills;
 
 
 &bull; Strong Arabic literary and writing skills is required

 Duties and Responsibilities

 Lead initiatives within the HR Operations forum to exchange best practices and knowledge.

 Manage relationships with local third-party vendors, including banks, immigration offices (where applicable), and medical &amp; insurance providers.
 </li>

 Actively participate in global and regional HR projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and maintain HR activities and programs, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer employee compensation, training, and benefit programs, ensuring clear communication.
 </li>

 Managing corporate HR compliance including but not limited to Nitaqat, workforce management, localization and capacity management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and execute projects such as new hire orientation, HR events, and company-wide meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and update employment records related to various HR activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address employment relations issues, including complaints and harassment allegations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and legal requirements.
 </li>

 Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
 </li>

 Maintain accuracy and quality in all HR tasks, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

 Qualifications

 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discretely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

 <li>
 Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
