 ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced Lead Estimation Engineer to join our client&rsquo;s team in Jubail Industrial City. This senior role is critical for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing competitive bids, and supporting strategic project decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical project estimations and will directly influence the success of high-value construction projects.
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed project cost estimates including labor, materials, and overhead
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop tender submissions, bids, and proposals based on project specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze blueprints to determine material requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct budget analysis and recommend cost-saving strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and pricing negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project costs and prepare financial reports for management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support during estimation for missing or unclear project elements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 Education / Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer in the construction field in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Recent or current role must be Lead Estimation Engineer
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills &amp; Attributes:

 Strong analytical and mathematical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in construction cost estimation across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines
 </li>

 Source new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling/emails.

 Open new accounts, establish credit facilities, and develop operational procedures to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
 </li>

 Close sales deals to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the company&rsquo;s offerings.

 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 Education / Qualification

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant discipline.
 </li>

 Experience

 At least 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in a business development role within the Saudi Arabian market.

 Familiarity with the local business culture and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a freight forwarding company is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong network of business contacts within relevant industries is a plus.
 </li>
