 ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
 
 
 
 We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with solid experience in both SEO and paid media, who can confidently manage performance-driven campaigns and contribute strategically to digital growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (B2B focus)
 </li>

 Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)
 </li>

 Manage and optimize WordPress websites (content updates, SEO best practices, performance improvements)
 </li>

 Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting

 Align paid and organic strategies to maximize ROI

 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 Education / Qualification
 
 
 
 Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant Google, Meta, or SEO certifications are preferred.
 
 
 
 Experience

 Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (B2B campaigns)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution
 </li>

 Solid working knowledge of WordPress
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with or implementing AI tools for SEO and performance optimization is a strong advantage

 We are looking for a professional Client Engagement Specialist to join our CRM team. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients to support and liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Relationship Management

 Act as the first point of contact for clients, especially during urgent or emergency visa-related support.

 Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

 Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand evolving requirements.

 Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of payroll-related documentation.

 Residency &amp; Visa Management

 Track and manage employees' KSA residency status and renewal timelines.
 </li>

 Maintain comprehensive records of employee visa statuses and documentation.

 Coordinate with overseas KSA embassies and authorized agencies to inquire about visa endorsement procedures across different countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate individual visa cases and provide recommendations or escalation as needed.
 </li>

 CRM &amp; Data Management

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
