 Job Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>1-3 years of IT experience in IT Support or Project Execution roles</li><li>Entry level knowledge and hands-on experience with basic computer and server operating systems and configurations, Basic networking (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos) understanding, and basic Microsoft technologies (O365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune).</li><li>Familiarity with or willing to learn BCDR solutions like Datto, and willingness to participate in migrations (network, server, O365).</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to travel to client sites as necessary, physical capability to manage technical installations, and adaptability to respond to emergency support requirements.</li></ul>
