 Who you are:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in finance (FP&amp;A, accounting, or related)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast-paced, collaborative team player who excels in dynamic environments
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor R&amp;D and project spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with engineering and operations teams to forecast labor, headcount, and resource needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic variance analysis and management-level reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and evaluation of capital or operational investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Track approvals, maintain financial documentation, and follow up with stakeholders
 
 
 
 </li>

 What does this position pay?
 
 
 
 Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
 
 
 The expected range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, annualized base compensation plus bonus and equity. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
