We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure Providence Care remains a compliant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention of caregivers and administrative staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, as well as healthcare regulations.</li><li>Design and manage performance management systems, staff training, and development programs.</li><li>Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.</li><li>Create HR policies, employee handbooks, and maintain accurate personnel files.</li><li>Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.</li><li>Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and caregiver scheduling coordination.</li><li>Monitor and improve company culture, employee engagement, and satisfaction.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Retention: Maintain caregiver turnover rate at or below 25% annually.</li><li>Hiring Efficiency: Fill open caregiver positions within 7-14 days of posting.</li><li>Compliance: Achieve 100% compliance with caregiver credentials, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.</li><li>Onboarding: Ensure 95% of new hires complete onboarding and required training within their first week.</li><li>Employee Satisfaction: Increase employee engagement scores by 10% year-over-year.</li><li>Payroll Accuracy: Maintain payroll and scheduling error rate at less than 2% per quarter.</li><li>Performance Reviews: Achieve 90% on-time completion of quarterly staff reviews.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of HR leadership experience (healthcare or home care strongly preferred).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.</li><li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with AxisCare a plus).</li><li>Demonstrated success in reducing turnover and building high-performing teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
