Job Title: HR Recruiter (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada)Location: Thane WestJob Type: Full-timeJob Profile:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter proficient in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada languages. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and also support operations-related tasks within the HR department.ey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social platforms.</li><li>Conduct initial telephonic interviews in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).</li><li>Schedule and coordinate candidates for subsequent interview rounds.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases, feedback records, and daily recruitment reports.</li><li>Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and coordination.</li><li>Assist in data management, attendance tracking, and other administrative work.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Management, or any related field.</li><li>Fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada (spoken &amp; written).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Salary: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;25,000 (In-Hand)Benefits: PF + Health Insurance + Free MealJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
