Role Overview:The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to supportbusiness decision-making. The role requires proficiency in data management, reportautomation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accuracy and timely delivery ofreports.Key Roles &amp;amp; Responsibilities:1. Data Management &amp;amp; Reporting&#61623; Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources (sales, operations, HR,finance, etc.).&#61623; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy.&#61623; Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance metrics.&#61623; Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors, and take corrective action.2. Automation &amp;amp; Efficiency&#61623; Develop Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, and charts for quick insights.&#61623; Use advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.) for dataanalysis.&#61623; Create and maintain macros/VBA scripts to automate repetitive reporting tasks.3. Business Analysis&#61623; Analyze trends, variances, and performance across departments.&#61623; Provide actionable insights to management for process optimization.&#61623; Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.4. Cross-functional Coordination&#61623; Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations) to gather data.&#61623; Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.&#61623; Present reports and findings to senior management in an understandable format.Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications:&#61623; Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Computer Science(preferred).&#61623; 2&ndash;5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting roles.&#61623; Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query,Macros/VBA).&#61623; Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage.&#61623; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.&#61623; Ability to handle large datasets and work under tight deadlines.&#61623; Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,653.27 - &#8377;38,723.16 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/09/2025
