We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer who stands out in the realm of eLearning, boasts advanced graphic design and multimedia capabilities, and possesses superior content curation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for using AI to automate and augment development processes. Your expertise in instructional and graphic design and familiarity with AI will help us craft industry leading educational experiences that are not only visually engaging but also based in research, helping us to shape a future-ready workforce.</div><div></div><div>
This role will require you to have a strong business knowledge of the financial services industry and demonstrate and integrate this knowledge in all work products. This role will support content builds primarily for, but not limited to, our US Businesses including Group Insurance, Individual Life Insurance, and Retirement Strategies.</div><div></div><div>
The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid or virtual and may require your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis and/or some travel as determined by your business, dependent on the candidate's location. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.</div><div></div><div>

Strategic eLearning Design:</i> Develop innovative eLearning courses, using your expertise in graphic design to create captivating visual narratives that support and enhance learning objectives.</div></li><li><div><i>
AI in L&amp;D Expertise:</i> Use AI tools and advise on strategy for using AI to increase productivity and output in our agile development environment.</div></li><li><div><i>
Graphic Design and Multimedia Excellence:</i> Utilize your mastery of Adobe Creative Suite to produce exceptional graphics, animations, and layouts that elevate the aesthetic and instructional quality of our learning materials. Use your multimedia production experience and familiarity with best practices for visual design and video production.</div></li><li><div><i>
Content Curation:</i> Leverage your advanced content curation skills to research, select, and organize high-quality content from a variety of sources, ensuring relevance and alignment with our learning goals.</div></li><li><div><i>
Workshop and Material Design:</i> Combine your design and curation talents to create engaging workshop materials, providing participants with a rich tapestry of content that stimulates learning and discussion.</div></li><li><div><i>
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):</i> Engage and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders, executive level leaders, SMEs, and others functions such as Compliance, Product, Legal, Risk, and Tax.</div></li><li><div><i>
Submit Materials for Compliance Review, as required:</i> Assure all materials meet Compliance requirements for content and disclosure.</div></li><li><div><i>
Impactful Learning Assessment:</i> Evaluate the effectiveness of design and curated content in achieving learning outcomes and use these insights to continually refine and optimize our L&amp;D strategies.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll need:</div><ul><li><div>
FINRA SIE and Series 6 required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire.</div></li><li><div><i>
Robust Design and Curation Background:</i> A bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, instructional design, or a related field, supplemented by a strong portfolio that highlights your design and content curation expertise.</div></li><li><div><i>
eLearning Development Expertise:</i> Extensive experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate, combined with a skillful integration of graphics and interactive elements.</div></li><li><div><i>
Advanced Content Curation:</i> Demonstrated ability in content curation, with an emphasis on sourcing, organizing, and contextualizing content to create comprehensive learning experiences.</div></li><li><div><i>
Engaging Workshop Creation:</i> A history of designing and leading workshops that leverage both custom design work and curated content to enhance learning engagement and effectiveness.</div></li><li><div><i>
Cross-functional Collaboration:</i> A proven track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and visually appealing learning solutions.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $107,300.00 to $166,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.<ul><li><div>
