POSITION SUMMARY: The 2nd shift supervisor for Battleboro DC oversees the daily operations of this shift. This role involves supervising a team of warehouse employees, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li><div>
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse employees to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and returns.</div></li><li><div>

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations at our Willimantic, CT facility. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, WIP (work-in-process), and finished goods to support Prysmian&rsquo;s Construction, Specialty, and Power Distribution cable markets.</div><div>

Willimantic Supply Chain Manager

Monitor and manage the laboratories under the Quality Control department.</li><li>
Ensure the raw materials are in line with OAPIL specifications.</li><li>
Responsible to generate NCR in case of non-conformance and send to Vendor.</li><li>
Assist and coordinate in all third-party inspections of the finished goods in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing department.</li><li>
Assist in the study of and provide production standards for manufacturing and testing equipment in the company.</li><li>
Ensure all lab equipment is functioning properly and are duly serviced and calibrated according to relevant standards. Coordinate and schedule with Vendors for calibration and certification.</li><li>
Ensure proper training and weekly toolbox meetings are arranged for QC supervisors and inspectors.</li><li>
Troubleshoot minor equipment failures and inconsistent analytical results in coordination with QC engineers and QC technicians.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
BSE graduate degree in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering. (Diploma holders may also be considered).</li><li>
Certification in Total Quality Management courses is an added advantage.</li></ul><div>
Skills/Knowledge:</div><ul><li>
Good understanding of Aluminium processing operation and technology.</li><li>
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>
Technical background including math, electrical knowledge, familiarity with industry standards. Experience in the HTLS conductor manufacturing and quality process as well as aluminum rod processing.</li><li>
Comprehensive understanding of personal computers in windows environment including Microsoft Office Package.</li><li>
Good English communication skill both in written and spoken.</li><li>
Use of basic metrology equipment and electrical test equipment.</li><li>
