</p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p>
<p>
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven <b>Marketing and Communications Specialist</b> to manage and enhance our brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and internal/external communications. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>
Marketing Duties:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the organization&rsquo;s products or services.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with designers and vendors for promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach, etc.).</li>
<li>Manage the content and updates of websites, blogs, and social media platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Communications Duties:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between the company and media outlets; coordinate interviews and press opportunities.</li>
<li>Support crisis communication strategies and ensure alignment with the company&rsquo;s voice.</li>
<li>Maintain internal communication channels and support employee engagement efforts.</li>
<li>Help manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of key messages.</li>
<li>Monitor and deliver messages to employees based on milestones of anniversaries, goals, and service production.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>1 year of experience in a similar marketing/communications role.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp).</li>
<li>Proficiency in design and media tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).</li>
<li>Experience with all social media platforms, algorithms, posting times for views, advertising, financial impact from advertising</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.</li>
<li>Familiarity with branding and storytelling techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.</li>
