Job Duties & Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Operate and monitor plant processes including raw material unloading, storage, drum/tote loading, and bulk truck loading</li>
<li>Start, stop, and troubleshoot pumps, conveyors, elevators, and related process equipment</li>
<li>Perform basic lab testing, sampling, and documentation of operating data and process metrics</li>
<li>Complete shipping and receiving activities, including paperwork, labeling, and inventory tracking</li>
<li>Utilize SAP for notifications, shipping schedules, and material tracking</li>
<li>Conduct equipment rounds, inspections, lubrication, and light maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with safety, EPA, and plant operating standards</li>
<li>Coordinate shift activities and communicate with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams</li>
<li>Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed</li>
<li>Maintain housekeeping standards in plant and warehouse areas</li>
<li>Work overtime and rotating shifts as required to support operations</li>
<li>Performs other duties as needed to support warehouse operations</li>
</ul>
Job Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available</li>
<li>Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment (or willingness to obtain certification)</li>
<li>May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location</li>
<li>18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check</li>
<li>Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams</li>
<li>Speak, write, read fluent English</li>
<li>Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required</li>
<li>Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus</li>
</ul>
Work Schedule: 
12 hour rotating shift (alternates between days / nights) Includes holidays and weekends
