 This is a
 
 local, non-CDL, delivery position
 
 responsible for transporting paint and related products to nearby customers using company pickup trucks and cargo vans. Our delivery approach is service-driven, bringing products directly to our customers so they can stay focused on their work without interruption. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset.
 
 
 This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy a fast paced, active workday that combines driving, customer interaction, and supporting store operations when not making deliveries.
 
 
 
 This is not a commercial truck driving or long-haul position.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate company delivery vehicles safely in accordance with all state and federal regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an acceptable driving record and report vehicle maintenance needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and secure products for safe transport
 </li>
 <li>
 Make timely deliveries to local customers while meeting service expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Unload merchandise at customer locations and verify shipment accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper delivery documentation and paperwork flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate customer feedback and potential sales opportunities to Sales Representatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and work areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company professionally at all times
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Additional Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with preparing paint orders, including mixing standard and custom formulas
 </li>
 <li>
 Support order fulfillment, staging, and inventory processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Pick up merchandise from local vendors as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with inside customer service and order processing
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer customer calls professionally and accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and unload incoming shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Match packing slips to purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Properly dispose of waste materials according to company and regulatory standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with periodic and annual inventory counts
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements
 
 
 
 This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Multiple delivery stops throughout the day
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular lifting, moving, and handling of materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous lifting of up to 70 pounds
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license in accordance with state and federal requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong reliability, time management, and customer-service skills
