The role demands strong leadership, organizational capabilities, and a balance of clinical expertise with business acumen.Key Responsibilities1. Centre Operations &amp; Administration &ndash; Manage end-to-end functions including scheduling, facility upkeep, billing, and compliance.2. Patient Experience &ndash; Ensure seamless patient flow, compassionate care, and service quality.3. Team Leadership &ndash; Supervise physiotherapists, front office, and support staff; foster professional development and team performance.4. Business Growth &amp; Outreach &ndash; Drive patient inflow through referrals, partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, sports clubs, and fitness centres; monitor market trends and implement growth strategies.5. Marketing &amp; Brand Building &ndash; Lead digital campaigns, health camps, and wellness awareness programs.6. Financial Stewardship &ndash; Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue, control costs, and achieve financial goals.7. Compliance &amp; Accreditation &ndash; Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, NABH/ISO guidelines, and insurance tie-ups.8. Patient Care Oversight &ndash; Handle complex cases, ensure patient satisfaction, manage feedback and complaints.9. Technology Integration &ndash; Implement EHRs, appointment systems, rehabilitation tracking tools, and explore tele-rehab solutions.10.
