This role is ideal for a legal professional who is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and ensuring their assets are managed and distributed according to their wishes. The Estate Planning Attorney will work closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans that may include wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Consult with clients to understand their needs and objectives regarding estate planning.</li>
<li>Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents with precision.</li>
<li>Provide legal advice on asset protection, tax implications, and estate transfer strategies.</li>
<li>Assist clients in identifying and resolving potential estate planning issues and concerns.</li>
<li>Conduct workshops and educational sessions to inform clients about estate planning processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client solutions.</li>
<li>Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
3+ years in Trust and Estate Planning
 JD and barred in NY or NJ

Trust and Estate Attorney

Growing 100 year old law firm in Newark, NJ has a need for a Litigation Attorney. deal candidates will have demonstrated experience with commercial foreclosure matters, hands-on experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, complex contractual disputes, and strong familiarity with the state and federal consumer protection laws and courts in New Jersey. Consumer finance and creditors' rights experience is preferred. We are looking for candidates with exceptional writing and drafting skills, a genuine enthusiasm for litigation, and a desire to take on increasing responsibility.
 The firm represents creditors, including financial institutions, banks, mortgage companies, automobile lenders and retailers, credit card companies, and collection companies in disputes brought under state and federal consumer protection laws, as well as defending them against common-law claims. The practice includes defense of claims arising under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as a variety of state and common law claims.
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of solid commercial litigation experience (consumer finance and creditors' rights experience is preferred)</li>
<li>Strong writing skills, including drafting and arguing pleading and motions</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills</li>
<li>Excellent technical, legal research, professional, and client service skills</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a collaborative approach</li>
<li>Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively to meet client and team needs</li>
<li>New Jersey and New York bar admission in good standing</li>
</ul>
