<ul><li>Provide targeted academic support to students across subjects 
</li><li>Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce classroom instruction 
</li><li>Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK&ndash;12 opportunities) 
</li><li>Collaborative teams including classroom teachers, counselors, and administration 
</li><li>Opportunities to implement differentiated instruction and intervention strategies 
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Impact as an Academic Support Teacher</h2>
You&rsquo;ll help students strengthen foundational skills, close learning gaps, and achieve academic goals while supporting teachers in delivering effective instruction.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Core Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Provide small-group and individual academic instruction 
</li><li>Reinforce classroom lessons and assist students in understanding concepts 
</li><li>Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed 
</li><li>Support students&rsquo; social-emotional growth and engagement 
</li><li>Assist in implementing MTSS / RTI interventions 
</li><li>Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to support student success 
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Education or related field 
</li><li>Teaching license preferred (state-specific) 
</li><li>Experience in academic support, tutoring, or intervention preferred 
</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills 
</li><li>Passion for helping students succeed academically
