We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (4+ years) who can take ownership of complex projects across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. You should have a proven track record of building scalable backend systems in Python (Django) and delivering modern, responsive user experiences with ReactJS/React Native. This role goes beyond just coding&mdash;it&rsquo;s about shaping architectures, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation as we integrate AI/ML into our products to solve real business challenges.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services using Python/Django.</li><li>Build interactive, high-performance web applications (ReactJS) and mobile applications (React Native).</li><li>Architect and implement AI/ML integrations (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP-powered features, automation workflows).</li><li>Define and consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication across services.</li><li>Partner closely with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy ML models into production systems.</li><li>Uphold engineering best practices: code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, and system security.</li><li>Diagnose performance bottlenecks and drive long-term, maintainable solutions.</li><li>Contribute to technical decision-making, mentor less experienced developers, and help evolve our tech stack.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Python/Django and React (web and/or mobile).</li><li>Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) is highly desirable.</li><li>Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.</li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li><li>A proactive mindset with the ability to influence technical direction and deliver results in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
