Your job is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, build relationships, and generate leads that our technical team can convert into projects.This is a hands-on, outreach-heavy role &mdash; ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and hungry to learn.---What You Will Do<ul><li>Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord</li><li>Run targeted cold email campaigns to trading firms, prop firms, and individual traders</li><li>Manage and grow PSI Square's social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Research trading communities and forums to identify leads</li><li>Maintain a daily outreach tracker and report progress</li><li>Coordinate with the founder to hand off warm leads for closing</li><li>Assist in creating marketing content, captions, and outreach templates</li></ul>---What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Fresh graduate (BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, or related field)</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English &mdash; this is our #1 requirement</li><li>Confident, proactive, and not afraid of rejection</li><li>Organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, or Discord is a plus</li><li>Interest in technology, finance, or trading is a bonus &mdash; not mandatory</li><li>No prior experience required &mdash; the right attitude matters more</li></ul>---This Role Is NOT For You If<ul><li>You are looking only for a certificate with no intention to work seriously</li><li>You struggle with written English communication</li><li>You prefer a passive, task-waiting work style</li></ul>---What We Offer<ul><li>Duration: Paid 3 months training leading for full-time offer</li><li>Onsite position based in DHA EME Lahore</li><li>Hands-on mentorship from an experienced founder</li><li>Exposure to international clients and global markets</li><li>A performance-based path to a permanent Business Development role</li></ul>Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
